| Water injection is the main method to enhance oil recovery in later period exploitation of oil field. Nowadays oil field usually uses the eccentric distribution pipe technology to enhance the oil recovery factor. Now, the available eccentric distribution technology is that you should choose a water nozzle first according to its loss curve and the water distribution of each reservoir theoretically and actually, then put it into a blanking plug and take them into a fixed pipe. Testing the actual water volume injected into each layer, if it can't reach the planned volume, you should take it out from the pipe and change the water nozzle, then put it back and test again. These jobs should be done over and over until the actual injection volume reaches the planned one. Along with more and more rigorous injector reservoir test, this technology is low efficiency and needs lots of work. To solve this difficult problem, the automatic testing and allocating apparatus for eccentric separating injection well has been invented successfully.In this paper, I mainly accomplished the research and manufacture of automatic testing and allocating apparatus for eccentric separating injection well, and also studied the improvement for electromagnetic flow meter. This apparatus is a new system which contains testing and adjusting function. The essential feature of the new system is that it can accomplish testing and allocating operation simultaneously. This system doesn't influence regular injection of other layers when working with eccentric injection mandrel. The system only measures the volume of an individual layer's water, which makes adjusting procedure accurate and prompt. Therefore, this system resolves many problems in conventional operation such as the frequent running and pulling low efficiency, long operation procedure and high operation strength. |
