Encoder is widely used in many fields such as high precision closed-loop speed control system.Modern production requires more and more precision and automation,so the demand of encoder is bigger and bigger and the precision is higher and higher.There are some errors in the assembly process of the grating installed on the encoder spindle,among which the coaxiality between the grating and the encoder spindle has the greatest influence on the encoder precision.By improving the coaxiality of the encoder,the error of the servo system can be greatly reduced and the feedback accuracy can be improved.In this paper,an automatic loading and unloading system with the eccentric adjusting device of the encoder is designed to optimize the eccentric adjusting device of the encoder from the aspects of the detection algorithm of the eccentric adjusting device and the control strategy of the eccentric adjusting device.Firstly,the process and task of the automatic production line for the eccentricity adjustment of the encoder are analyzed,and the overall plan and layout are determined.According to the process flow and layout of the eccentricity adjustment of the encoder,the overall scheme is determined,the mechanical part of the automatic production line of the eccentricity adjustment of the encoder is designed,the specific structure of the assembly unit of the encoder,the automatic loading and unloading unit of the encoder and the unloading unit of the encoder are determined,and the relevant components are calculated and analyzed.Secondly,the control system of the automatic production line for the eccentricity adjustment of the encoder is designed.This paper USES industrial control computer as the upper computer,mitsubishi PLC as the lower computer,touch screen as the man-machine interaction device.According to the control requirements of the automatic production line,the control system of the automatic production line is determined and the main components are selected.In the realization of communication function,CC-LINK network is used to design the whole system.Finally,in order to solve the accuracy and efficiency of the eccentricity adjustment device of the encoder,the center positioning accuracy deviation and the adjustment time is too long,the machine vision positioning algorithm and the control strategy of the eccentricity adjustment platform of the encoder are optimized.This paper analyzes the vision algorithm of the eccentricity adjusting device of the encoder.The function of the optimization algorithm is verified,and the results show that the machine vision positioning optimization algorithm can effectively improve the eccentricity positioning accuracy of the encoder.The components of the eccentric adjustment platform of the encoder are analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the following research.The fuzzy PID control model and the dynamics model of the eccentricity adjustment platform of the encoder were established,and the cosimulation analysis was carried out by ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink.Analysis and simulation results: compared with the traditional PID control strategy,under the fuzzy PID control strategy,adjusting the displacement of the push rod is more accurate,the velocity curve and acceleration curve are the most stable,the steady-state response time is shorter,and the response can be made in time.The efficiency and accuracy of the eccentric adjustment platform under different control strategies are tested by experiments.
