Research And Implementation Of Instant Messaging Tool For Inquesting System In The People's Procuratorate

Enterprise instant messaging tools is a low-cost corporate internal communication tools, integrated a variety of means of communication (language, voice, video, file transfer, file sharing). Facts have proved that the emergence of instant messaging tools let enterprise management with new forms and means, improving the efficiency of the enterprise and reducing office expenses. The research about instant messaging tools using in enterprise application is a hot spot at home and abroad. Currently instant messaging tool, such as ICQ or MSN Messenger mainly use for chatting between friends, with strong color of personal application, facing many problems such as security, reliability, etc, lacking the stability and flexibility of enterprise application.In this paper, firstly, definition of instant messaging, and its development and application as well as the research of the supporting technology such as audio and video encoder/decoder, TCP/IP Protocol, Hole Punching, etc. Secondly, analysis protocols used in the instant messaging, and then design instant messaging format for trial system. Thirdly, according to the special needs of the People's Procuratorate, have research the instant messaging tool applies to the trial system of the People's Procuratorate and conduct a feasibility analysis. Fourthly, detailed information on instant messaging tool for the design and implementation, including needs analysis, functional module design, system architecture design, database design, system implementation and system deployment operation. Based on the analysis of security mechanisms of existing instant messaging tool, as well as it faces common attacks and threat. For instant messaging security flaws, using of certificate-based authentication management mechanism for user authentication, the key distribution management center based mechanism, Blowfish algorithm to encrypt the data, role-based access control model to control unauthorized access, authentication based on database access to ensure instant messaging tool are authorized to use and data security of trial system.Based on .NET 2003 platform, client/server model, designs and implements a fully functional, scalable real-time communication tool. The system includes login and state management, audio and video communication, text communication as well as data management module. After realization of the tool, integrate it into the Mirror Trial System and then apply to more than one people's procuratorates of Zhejiang province. Provide a convenient mode of communication for cases trialing and day-to-day management. Practical operation shows that the tool has perfect functions, real-time, stability, easy-to-use, etc., can fully meet the actual needs of the people's procuratorate.
