Our system is based on .net framework three layers structure. Refer to the Pet Shop of Microsoft, use c#, list and Sql Server. The clients needn't communicate with database in the data layer. They first connect with code in the logic layer which will communicate with database. Under this structure, our system can implement at many benches. Components running in different systems can communicate through distribute technologies. So, our system is easy to be extended, under well maintenance and reusable; it is easy to maintain and update.Include the employee's information of management capacity, technical capability, work status and personnel management capacity, as well as excel import and resume template export form the system.Our system mainly works inside of Wicrosoft and used to record the staff's statues and personal information. In order to make good use of the human recourse, it is necessary to find out the employee's statues, the projects that they joined and their experience. This will help the enterprise arrange their human recourse and make good use of it, also present the staff's abilities and their behaviors. |
