The rapid growth of information technique boosts the changing of enterprise's management model and the development of manufacturing technology, also boosts the reshuffle and division of labour of the manufacturing sector. It makes the enterprise's competion in reign scale enlarging to global, meanwhile turns the competion between the simple company to the competion of supply chain and the company group. At the same time, information technique increases the development of advanced manufacture stategy for the company and makes it more competitive. Great importance has been attached to the increasing of competitive force by using information technique to reform and promote traditional industry. Using IT to propel and accelerate indusrialization has been the main goal for the company's pursuit.The production of blade is one of the most important part for many large power apprataus, because of it needs professional manufacturing skills, so in the process form the material's purching to final proction it needs great information to conduct the manufacturing. If we manage these information systematizely and regularly by building a producing information management system, it can easily help the whole factory to share the information.This thesis is concerned with the communication problem of product information for certain blade suppler combining with the character of its product information, by making great effort to conclude and summarize the documents of production's technical protocol. With the modeling method of Object Oriented and according to each step in blades production procedure, the type of information for production phase are firstly abstracted according to the flaw of material transversly, then the concrete subclass information are abstracted. These information classes are setted into the tree structure. And a designation for the structure of database has been made. Also the method of interation between CAD, CAM and ERP softwares is considered.And then the general designation for the management system of blades` digital model is made by using C/S frame to carry out the function of sharing information in the company and solves the problems of tree-type object's creating and operation for multi-type PDM files. By implementing this system, the product information can smoothly transfer between each department. It greatly increases the efficiency of production and reduce the probability of errors in production.
