Test System For Pressure Testing Machine Based On Embedded Systems

With the development of society,housing,bridges,railways and other large-scale of the facilities on the building materials have a clear demands of pressure to building materials. In order to meet the needs of the community, pressure testing machine are Widely used ,so the need to test the Pressure testing machine becomes an Urgent.With the development of embedded technology, embedded as a platform to a variety of electronic devices are more and more widely applied, based on the development of it, various of instruments,meters and testing instruments have also become an indispensable tool for industry. Pressure testing machine's testing equipment which is widely used in industry is researched in this paper, to achieve an automatic detection of pressure-loading rate's precision for pressure testing machine .The main topics include the following:(1) Loading rate test and testing data analysis.The paper researchs the Measurement System Analysis's application in Constant Pressure testing, reveals the Pressure testing machine system's Statistical properties. System designs the collection of Loading rate's data, analyses measurement system, Explores and studys the data analysis algorithm, and proofs it based on the specific test.(2)Software design. Software adopts modular design, it's is divided into data reception, data analysis and processing, statement analysis. Data receiver module is in charge of communication with the A/D conversion, and storages the data to the application of user-space. Data analysis and processing module is responsible for analysising the collected data, to realize intelligent testing. Statement Analysis gives the test results and data analysis's graphics.(3)Hardware design. The paper designs the Circuit and print the Circuit depending on hardware requirements. The tester is constituted of a main data processing module,display module and test module. Data processing module adopts s3c2410 as its core; meanwhile display module adopts TFT LCD.
