| Pressure switch is an important protective component of air conditioning system.Its effect is to achieve under-pressure or over-pressure protection automatically when the pressure of the air conditioning system is abnormal.The performance of the pressure switch is directly related to the safety and stability of the air conditioning system.At present,the domestic detection methods of the pressure switch are falling behind,there are lots of issues such as poor test accuracy,scattered detection methods,long test time and so on.And the test results are dependent on the subjective judgment of the workers.The design of measurement system of pressure switch plays an important role in promoting the development of many related enterprises in our country.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)This paper not only investigates the applied background,working principle and measured indices of the pressure switch,but also analysis the disadvantages of manual detection method and the existing detection equipments.(2)This paper puts forward the software and hardware design sch eme of measurement system of pressure switch.The hardware design scheme is mainly composed of control-display module,pneumatic circuit module,pressure control module and detection module.The software design scheme is divided into PLC software and human-machine interaction interface software.(3)This paper adopts an automatic adjust method to get the accurate test pressure of compression strength of pressure switch.Aiming at the nonlinearity and time-variance of pressure adjustment,the related chapters propose fuzzy control algorithm to meet the test requirements.(4)The measurement of pressure switch is evaluated by importing the machine capability indexes.According to the experimental data,the Cm and Cmk of this system are both more than or equal to 1.67,which meet industry standards. |
