Shaftless driven is a burgeoning, subject-bestraddled and synthesized technology, it's a combination of transmission, automatic control communicationand mechanism technology. Shaftless driven is characterized by high precision, wide transmission ratio, predigested structure and flexibility. So mechanism transmission can be replaced by shaftless driven to realize exact transmission. Shaftless driven technology plays an important role and has capacious application foreground in printing, spinning and weaving, papermaking, mechanical processing, and other fields that need synchronized transmission.The development, automatic control and application of shaftless driven technology were discussed comprehensively in this dissertation, especially the synchronized strategy. The structure, advantage and disadvantage, transmission precision of two synchronized modes: master-slaver mode and parallel mode. And aiming at the asynchronized problems from synchronized control of shaftless driven, compensation method using the difference between master speed and slaver speed was adopted. The simulation result indicated that there is increase in servoing performance and disturbance-resisting performance of synchronized control with compensation.This paper introduced the shaftless driven control systerm's overall project design, the hardware circuit, the software algorithm realizes and so on, synchronized driven control device with C8051F040 microcomputer as the core was adopted. The rotary encoder that is used as a motor rotor position or speed measurement tool. It is necessary to meet the synchronization control precision and stable operation, but also can carry on the real-time communication with computer, feeds back promptly the actual speed value and the control parameters to the host computer, user-friendly, easy to operate. The control algorithm adopts discrete recursive incremental PID control that is widely used in the industrial control system at present, and aimed at flaws of this algorithm to make the algorithm improvement. From the motors'overall operation curve can be seen, the system faster dynamic response and more stable. In the experimental environment ,the entire system was debugged, the system working stably and control well.
