The system uses the buffer technology and the mufti-thread technology, which enhances the system running-rate, and reduces the response delay-time. The system enhances the security through the full-using of IIS and the SQL Server 2000 security policy, the role and the jurisdiction management and so on.This article first introduces the significance of this research, the research present situation. Then introduce the basic technologies which are needed by this system, including .NET Framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Database technology and so on. And introduced tools this system used.
