| The spaceborne SAR handware-in-loop simulation system is a powerful tool for analysing and validating spaceborne SAR system supporting collectivity feasibility and system validate of spaceborne SAR sysytem.The radar signal simulation (Radar Signal Simulation, RSS) platform is one of the important components of the spaceborne SAR handware-in-loop simulation system,and achieve radar simulation signal acquisition,transfers and playback.Taking spaceborne SAR handware-in-loop simulation system as the background, the high-speed data transmission subsystem of RSS platform is studied in the paper.In the dissertation in accordance with the basic data transmission requirements of RSS platform, basing on analysis and research of existing mass memory hight-speed data transmission technology,and the combination of modular design concept, a design and implementition plan was carried out for fast and high speed steady data trasmission based on the cPCI and FPGA.In the aspect of hardware,we selects PLX's PCI9656 as the cPCI interface chip and while selects Xilinx's Virtex-4 FPGA as the connection for DDR2 SDRAM, cPCI equipment,data collection and the playback device.The design uses the standard VHDL hardware description language, realizs a modular design in the FPGA implementation, maks full use of the resource-rich FPGA I/0, and user-customized logic advantages,achieving reliable data transmission among collection equipment, echo playback equipment, DDR2 SDRAM and cPCI devices.On the software design,the driver replace the use of applications to achieve data partitioning access, reduces applications and frequent transfers between software driver and applications. DriverStdio and LabVIEW is choosed as the driver design software and PC Control applications software separately.used DMA data transfer mode to complete data transmission between PC and RSS platform.The design realized high-speed data transmission between the mass storage subsystems of the spaceborne SAR handware-in-loop simulation system and RSS platform,and RSS platform among the various modules.it is meaningful for building a space-borne SAR handware-in-loop simulation system. |
