Design And Realization Of Telecom Value-Added Services Management Platform Based On SP/CP

Along with the rapid development of data value-added industry, a number of issues arise which deserve consideration: the operational behavior of enterprise was not standardized; the legitimate interests of consumers are infringed; the image of the telecom operators is destroyed and so on。The domestic operators associate with the government department make increased efforts to regulate the data value-added service market。SP/CP, the Service Provider and the Content Provider, are looking for their new way to develop in the opportunities and challenges。They have been aware of that the development of the business depend on the content to a large extent, which is now the king of the mobile value-added services。How to choose the right content for service according to the market demand, will be a key element of the business success or failure in the future。The design and implementation of the value-added services management platform, on the one hand, can give SP/CP a low threshold to access the platform to make up their business, and also can encapsulation the SP/CP into the content CP。On the other hand , the operators can carry out their business management and supervision conveniently through the platformo The services , which are user-friendly , are offered in the name of operator。In this paper, it analyzes the needs and goals of the value-added services management platform, introduces the theoretical foundation that used by the framework of the WEB platform, and the paper takes the contents library module that realized by the author as an example detailed introduced the technology roadmap that adopted by the platform web part: it mainly based on J2EE specification and used Struts MVC + EJB technology to achieve; the paper also gives a general introduction to the structure and function of the background procedure: it used Modular programming and focused on service logic processing.Secondly, the paper presents a service container idea for multi-SP/CP which provides services in order to achieve the conversion from the traditional SP-centric service organization into a content-centric service organization, and elaborates the design and implementation of the content libraries module and content collection module for operators on how to achieve unified management of multi-SP/CP services.Finally, in accordance with services, users, content, etc., the paper designs different scheduling strategies in the case of multi-service, and in the aspect of application, it makes the idea that described in the above become a reality. At present, the system has already been put into formal operation, the practice shows that the value-added services management platform that designed in the idea of multi-SP/CP provides service contents could effectively achieve the supervision of SP/CP, encourage them to raise the quality of services, and make it easier for users to use and promote the development of the value-added service by the integration of SP/CP service contents.
