| Higher requirements on machining equipments have been needed in order to satisfy manufacturing of oil drilling rigs, and then diagnosis technology has been developed rapidly. Based on methods of fault diagnosis of numerical control machine tools, CKG7915/1 fault diagnosis expert system has been developed.Through the deep analysis of the principle of the numerical control lathe of the equipment and the phenomena of fault diagnosis in this paper,a lots of work has been done to obtain and express the field knowledge. In the process of fault diagnosis, all kinds of values of symptom and fault should be fuzzy values. Fuzzy logic is imported in the method of fault diagnosis, and combining with the analysis method of fault tree that the probabilities of the rules are confirmed by using subjection functions. Accordingly changed the field expert knowledge to expert system diagnosis knowledge, and confirmed the method of inference.The diagnosis expert system of numerical control lathe is composed of knowledge base, inference engine, database, man-machine interface, explanatory program, and diagnosis result etc. Diagnosis knowledge, which is expressed with production rules and Object-Oriented paradigm from the knowledgebase. According to initial data that users puts into database and knowledge base, inference engine makes proper diagnosis result with forward chaining. |
