CNC machine tools,also known as numerical control equipment,is a kind of automation equipment.it can recognition of specified text or graphics code and used in actual processing.As the numerical control machine tool is a mechanical,electronic,hydraulic and other technologies in the integration of a variety of systems,so in the process of production and processing,any part of its failure,both on the normal operation of the machine.And usually the CNC machine fault has a larger number of manifestations of the phenomenon.The composition of each component is very complex and its type,function and principle are also different.The traditional diagnosis and repair work is based on the artificial,because of the cost and other factors,it is impossible to complete the maintenance in the actual diagnosis.While use expert system and fault diagnosis technology as the core,Developing an intelligent software.Can make the nonexpert maintenance personnel complete the work of the expert maintenance personnel,so as to quickly deal with the machine tool failure and resume the normal operation of production in time,which can greatly promote the production and operation of the enterprise.This thesis takes the equipment used by Erzhong group(Deyang)Jingheng transmission equipment Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Firstly,this thesis analyses the composition and structure of CNC machine tools covered,then lists the composition and classification of CNC equipment fault,and discussed the fault diagnosis expert system and related technology.Then this thesis expounds the characteristics,categories,structure and the knowledge mechanism of expert system,and carry out the overall design of the system,proposed the use of predicate logic method based on case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning generative expression method of two kinds of reasoning mechanism,discusses the related techniques of CBR and RBR.In the chapter of case-based reasoning,KNN and AHP algorithm are used as the core algorithm of CBR.In the chapter of rule reasoning technology,the fault tree is used as the core method of the system rule reasoning mechanism,and the fault tree is analyzed quantificationally and qualitatively,the kernel of rule reasoning is a priority algorithm base on the maintenance of complex coefficients and failure rates.Finally,this paper introduces each function of the system in detail,and lists several maintenance examples to verify the reliability of the system...
