Research Of Multimedia Communication QoS Reassurance Mechanisms Based On SIP

With the development of the network technology and multimedia technology, the data communication technology based on IP network is developing rapidly, which sustains the operation of multimedia communication integrated voice, image and data. SIP-session initiation protocol is IP phone signal protocol brought forward by IETF. Based on SIP protocol, including the traditional voice and increment service, and providing the new on-time communication service and IP internet video service. The situation adopts internet distributing system and is flexible and distensible. So the quality of service becomes an important parameter for the system while the users'needs increase, particular for the real-time operation. So it is very important to research on the quality of service for the multimedia communication guaranteeing mechanism based on SIP.The paper aimed at the multimedia communication QOS guarantee mechanism based on SIP protocol. Contrasting the characteristic of integrated service model and differentiate service model, a new SIP signal proceeding project applied to multimedia communication QOS guarantee mechanism is brought forward, which provide a new choice for guaranteeing the quality of the service of multimedia communication. The results show the new model can sustain quality of service based on guaranteeing the network scale and efficiency.
