As the largest equipment agricultural country, China boasts an equipment area amounting to 70-80% of that of the world. Currently, most of the major environment monitoring and control system adopted in domestic equipment greenhouses are imported products which are generally applicable to modern large scale or high-grade multi-span greenhouses with their advanced technology, efficient monitoring and control effect while relatively higher price. Meanwhile, a small number of domestic brands are dissatisfying in terms of both technology and control effects. In particular, they are lack of a low-cost intelligent monitoring and control device applicable to small and medium-sized solar greenhouses which are commonly seen in China. Thus, based on the National High-tech Research and Development Program (863 Program), especially the construction and implementing of precision production technology system of equipment agriculture, the present thesis tries to explore the issues of data collection, transmission, backup and control of the environment and biological information of equipment greenhouses.In this paper, a complete program of networking intelligent monitoring and control system for equipment agriculture is proposed and implemented both in terms of hardware and software based on the need analysis of environment monitoring and control of domestic small and medium-sized solar greenhouses. Specifically, the following work has been conducted:(1) A customizable and extensible data acquisition module applicable to general environmental information sensors and biological information sensor has been developed.(2) A data backup and storage module based on CF card has been developed to improve the reliability of field data collection.(3) An extensible device management module applicable to small and medium-sized solar greenhouses has been developed to facilitate monitoring and control of environment parameters.(4) An interface to local data transform network and internet has been constructed, which provides foundation for centered processing of data from each transmission node and remote control.(5) An embedded operating system has been implanted and a device driver program developed to facilitate secondhand system development by the user and on-board devices handling.(6) The debugging and on-site simulation experiments on the software and hardware of the system have been conducted to verify various monitoring and control functions of the system in the environment of equipment greenhouses.The paper is structured as follows: In the first part, the research background, significance, literature and related key technologies of the subject are analyzed; and then a program of intelligent monitoring and control system based on need analysis of greenhouse control is proposed. Afterward, the hardware design and implementation of the son / master node of the intelligent PAC system is presented followed by the software design and driver development of the intelligent PAC system based on U-BOOT and uClinux. With the construction of an experimental platform, the simulation debugging and on-site experiments of the intelligent PAC system is completed. Finally, the paper finishes with anticipation on the future development of the greenhouse environmental monitoring and control of the equipment agriculture in China.In conclusion, as the on-site experiments show, the intelligent PAC system, being customizable, programmable, stable and reliable during operation, solves the issues of data collection, transmission and backup of the environment and biological information of solar greenhouses, and achieves the desired design requirements.
