The Design And Implementation Of The Social Insurance Online Reporting System

In the field of labor and social insurance,and with the development of business system and model,the update of technological means and the further requirement of service socialization,the e-government concept is accepted widely.The insured has a high demand of online service.The conditions of developing e-government on labor and social insurance become matured.The management information system of social insurance is to propose implementing for adapting to the reform of the system of social insurance and demand for managing the information means of the modernization under the new situation, require social insurance information system meet " five unify by inches "," gold protect project " and Ministry of Labor relevant system,etc.corresponding to require index,realize in the lump " one ticket is collected ",take over and pay flexible,such corresponding goals as the data are safe,easy and simple to handle,inquire and convenient.The regional society assures it is numerous in quantity that the organization has unit,worker,fixed service organization oneself,policy have difference nature, particularity getting heavy characteristic their,require systematic function,system adaptability,system reliable and degree relatively high stability."Social insurance online reporting system" is a subsystem of social insurance information management system.This subsystem faces social insurance organizations and employees and makes them complete social insurance business online.This system enhances the service level of labor and social insurance system and makes significance for the convenience of enjoying the service for the people.It can be believed that t social insurance online reporting system,one of the application systems in the field of labor security,will play a more important role in the country project of information system of labor security.In this paper,firstly,we introduce the background and significance of this project.Then,introduce the theoretical basis of several technologies including UML, MVC,Hibernate and Struts.We discuss the design and implementation of the social insurance online reporting system,and use MVC(Model-View-Controller) and Struts plus Hibernate in J2EE.Furthermore,we use UML to modeling the system in the phase of requirement analysis and system design.In the part of system realization,it explains how to use Struts to realize MVC,and how to embody every part of MVC in the system.It also illustrates how to use Hibemate to realize ORM technology and uses a practical function to explain it.Finally,it summarizes advantages and disadvantages of the system.
