| With the rapid development of computer networks, its structure has become increasingly complex and its size is expanding. The type and quantity of network device has growthing, and the number of observations that performance management needs also increased. As one of the five major network management functions, performance management takes the task of providing performance data. Business Software for network management is weakness in data quality and long-term monitoring base on the reasons above,this article give a effective way to build a Data Acquisition System for Network Performance.This paper's objective is to design a collection system for performance data for Jinan Railway Scientific Institution. The system is not only efficient in the way to complete the acquisition, but also flexible to add new performance indicators. Based on the basic theory of network management, this paper wants to find the more suitable management structure for large heterogeneous network, which determines the overall design of the data collection system. In view of the majority of network device supports SNMP, this paper does an in-depth study of SNMP and proposes the service centered framework for the data collection system, which expands the extensibility of the system. To be more efficient, this paper introduces the multi cooperation model to the collection system System is built and tested in Jinan Railway Scientific Institution.There are 7 Chapters in the article: Chapter 1 introduces system background and aiming,Chapter 2 introduces network management,Chapter 3 introduces Data Acquisition,Chapter 4 introduces the multi cooperation model. Chapter 5 introduces the design of Data Acquisition System and flow analysis. Chapter 6 introduces system design takes Server module for example. Chapter 7 introduces system testing.The real data is not from Jinan Railway Scientific Institution in their opinion. |
