The Research And Accomplishment Of Virtual Laboratory On J2EE

With the development of information technology education, network development and the rapid spread of teaching, teaching has been the experimental network weaknesses, thus building a traditional constraint, no time and geographical limitations of a virtual laboratory networks become urgent need to address the important issue.In this Paper, the design and realization of the virtual instrument laboratory is introduced from hardware structure and software composing. The software is the key of the whole design, and is composed of virtual instrument, database and application program.Firstly, the basic principle of virtual instrument is introduced. The difference between virtual instrument and traditional instrument is given.Next, the computer network and virtual instrument technology combine the existing hardware and software is used to develop the network-based virtual laboratory system. The system uses C/S/B structure, building a system based on J2EE technology platform. Users only have basic computer and network conditions; can browse the virtual laboratory experiments anytime and anywhere. Then, the characteristics of the database SQL Server have been given. In order to have good adaptability and portability, we use the JDBC applications to establish a link with SQL Server.Virtual Web laboratory experiments in education not only can save the input and, more importantly, the institutions can improve the existing education system and raise the level of teaching institutions and the quality of teaching and promote learning autonomy, developing and enhancing the capacity of students involved and innovation. Its completion will enable colleges and universities teaching experiments to a new stage of modernization. But as a new type of experiment, although not completely replace traditional experiments, but it is more flexible than traditional experiments diverse manifestations, in raising the quality of students and promote the development of innovative experimental teaching techniques will play an important role.
