Knowledge management is a process that an individual or group use of information technology tools to acquire, organize, use and share knowledge so that knowledge from disorder into an orderly status, and cognitive structures to form a solid knowledge of systematic characteristics, then finally achieve knowledge sharing and innovation.This article begins in the current inefficient situation of web-based independently learning, and analysis of the problem and the reasons for existence, which reveals the knowledge management of their own role in promoting the learning, then implementation of knowledge management to improve their performance during the learning process. The process of students' knowledge management is the core content of the article, including the object of knowledge management and principles of the general process of knowledge management, on the basis of the "Subject center" and "Interaction center" and "Emotion center" of the three-dimensional degrees of knowledge management process. Groups of knowledge management include knowledge sharing type, shared principles, barriers and methods of the process and so on, through the promotion of knowledge-sharing strategies to promote knowledge sharing among groups.In part of empirical study, through questionnaires, interviews and other methods to investigate the main factors which impact of the effect in web-based independent learning, then combined with "learning theory" module in "Educational Technology" course, design activity and the practice of knowledge management methods, in order to verify the paper presents knowledge management process and methods of science, rationality and feasibility.
