The designing project of architecture in this paper adopted the distributed network architecture in order to fix in with the systemic function structure, and took sage of B/S calculation structure in order to reduce the cost and work of maintaining and upgrading the system. Meanwhile, in order to developed the system and linked the different database, and we also applied the J2EE platform, used the JSP, which is a dynamic network development technique, for best achieved the function of the system.This system is used by Zhengzhou East Station, which is the biggest of freight station of the nation and a trade and distribution center of the container on Land Bridge of Asia and Europe. The object of the system is the commercial company in Henan. This system target the centre, taking the best information service, and using the efficient cargo information system. If it is come true, it will close the distance between the company in Henan and the other in the nation. Also it will help the company in Henan to compete with the company in other country. So this system is determined to afford the best information service for the commercial company in Henan. which must be help the Zhengzhou East Station play a role with first-class port.
