The Chinese Proficiency Test is simply called as HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi). It examines the exchange and communication ability of candidates with Chinese in a variety of language environment, which includes three parts, basic HSK, secondary HSK and advanced HSK. HSK was prepared in 1984 and organized to implement in 1990 in China. From 1991, HSK had been executed abroad. As of the end of 2006, HSK has been established 178 examination sites in 42 countries around the world. Nearly 70 million have taken part in the examination. HSK has been implemented more than 20 years, and played an active role in the work of "Promote Chinese language to the world and enhance the understanding of China in the world". But a number of inappropriate questions were exposed. In order to ensure the scientificity and authority of mother tongue of Chinese tests, to expand the influence of HSK and to better meet the needs of the work, in 2006 we also started a new language testing, the global popularity of generic Chinese-type examination -General Chinese Test (GCT), which was based on the theory of language test by the research and development Chinese Language Council International. To use all forces to spread Chinese language, in 2006 experts certificated "Korea Chinese examination of Chinese" of South Korea, and "Chinese Spoken English Test" of Hong Kong. In 2007 some Chinese language courses with overseas mainstream schools and institutions were provided to support the Chinese language examinations.HSK is an important part in Teaching Chinese as Foreign Language (TCFL). Good scores in the test is a necessary for foreign students to go to higher educational and professional purposes, and it is also a way to choose international talent. The first HSK was held in South Korea in 2004. More than 2/3 of the examiner is from South Korea. Till now the most of foreign students in China are South Koreans. The Research and Implementation of HSK Simulation Examinations System to South Korea can solve the problems we met in HSK teaching to South Korean. It can also supply an efficient environment for the learners, improve the HSK teaching methods.For now, the HSK Simulation Examinations System is on the initial stage. This System is proposed basically not only to meet the deficiency of the traditional way of teaching and learning HSK, but also to meet the demands of the HSK candidates learning Chinese and the teachers teaching Chinese. We choose Windows Server 2000 as our network operation system. ACCESS as our Back-end database ASP as our Programming Language.This thesis is started with an overview of South Korea's HSK test, the simulation examinations system requirements analysis and the overall design are given, and details of the system required for the software environment are also introduced. Started off the realization and application, the system is divided into two parts: server-side and client-side. Among them, the server-side is further divided into four basic modules including management of teachers and students, grade management, and management of test problems, and paper management. The client-side is divided into two basic modules which containing the taking part in examinations and re-login. Proceeded with page layouts and some codes of the main functional module, the implementation of the system was given. By test running the system, investigating study and application of the students, the system is continuously refined and improved to make it more suitable for the learning characteristics of Korean and improving the quality of learning and learning effects. The application in practice shows that the learning enthusiasm of the candidate's is enhanced and the workload of teachers is reduced by using the system. Finally, the summary of the work of this paper has been completed and further work, as well as the development and application for the Korean education system of Chinese has been prospected. We hope that our research can improve the teaching in HSK, help the South Korea students to get good scores in HSK, and play an active role in HSK teaching and learning.
