The turned tower which in the laser correspondences system is a close box , There is a strict requiremen of the working temperature(20℃±3℃) for its internal devices . In order to provide a stable operating temperature . In this thesis , based on the basic theory of heat transfer, I estimated the internal temperature of the system,through the result,I take the way of combination overall and partial temperature control technology .Designed a temperature control circuit in the overall temperature control unit, mainly including temperature acquisition unit, control unit, trigger unit, power supply and other hardware circuits.Because the temperature control in the tower has the non-linearity , time changes,has the over modulation,has characteristic pure time delay and so on , to this kind of process establishment precise mathematical model is extremely difficult, therefore it is very difficult for the classics PID control theory which in the temperature control system to obtain a good control effect. This thesis proposed in the classics PID control theory foundation improves fuzzy PID algorithm (Single parameter Fuzzy-PID) , reduced has been over , enhanced linear,largely reduced the static error , In good realization turret overall temperature control.As the particularity workplace of the turret, in order to reduce R&D costs , through the temperature simulation software flotherm , set a modeling for the overall work environment to simulate the actual temperatures . It can be a reference for the devices selection and layout.
