| Methanol gasoline is one of the ideal alternative raw materials for vehicle. Compared with "electric vehicle", "hydrogen-fuel vehicle", etc, methanol gasoline has technical feasibility, large-scale application feasibility, economic feasibility and many other advantages. So, it's the more realistic way of new energy. As an important component of methanol gasoline, methanol gasoline additive has become the focus of the study of methanol gasoline, which to a large extent determines the using performance of methanol gasoline.This paper, which comes from an experimental project of a manufacturer for methanol gasoline additive automated production control system, gives a more detailed description of pipeline system, electric control system and the main control circuit, and then, according to the characteristics of flow control system, selects an appropriate improved PID control algorithm and simulates it using MATLAB. It also describes the host computer software which is based on Delphi 7 IDE, and completes the design work of the hardware and software of methanol gasoline additive automated production control system. We have conducted the actual project implementation and commissioning, and ultimately realized the automatic production of methanol gasoline additive. |
