| With the rapid economic development, people have made a very high demand on driving comfort and security. Asphalt pavement with its excellent performance makes it the preferred highway, which promoted the asphalt paver's rapid development. Spiral blade as an important component of paver, its manufacturing precision directly affects the quality of paving roads. With the rapid development of science and technology, modern CAD has become the main method of mechanical design and manufacturing which is parameterize, intelligent, revised as the main features. Based on this background, this paper adapts parametric design ideas and UG for developing the spiral blade of parametric design system, at the same time, make multidisciplinary design portion can parallel, shorten design cycles of leaves.This article is to complete the following steps:1. For the segregation phenomenon of paving, prevent the emergence of segregation by improving auger design parameters and the structure.2. To study the spiral blades feature and information model, put the spiral blade design information and geometric information for the organic unity together. And on this model, to realize leaves of design data management and save the design process.3. To study the UG second development technology, use Visual C++ 6.0 and database technology to develop the UG spiral blade parametric design system based on UG. |
