This article elaborated the subject of control system, structure and composition of bus network and the design process; The use of STEP7 programming software can carry out network configuration; This article probe into how to take advantage of the configuration software to design and develop man-machine interface of process control system, and design monitor the human-computer interface procedures though Kingview6.5 software system.The results show that the program has easy-to-use, intuitive and friendly interface as well as safe and reliable characteristics. The system can carry out a typical experiment of process control system, the research of bus technology, PLC programming and industrial control software application. Students can easily modify operating parameters and observe the effect of control. This system can carry out many practical training items.
