Email is a communication method for information exchange by electronic means, as well as one of the famous services on internet application which has already been the popular way of communication. Apart from its convenient and fast service, the sp am and security problems that caused by the mail system and SMTP have drawn peo pie's attention. Because of lacking identification mechanism, spam has taken the massi ve network band width and interfered with people's normal work, study and life. Evenmore, the card like information transmission has caused commercial secret revelation,individual privacy received infringement and on-line transaction not to be incredible. Therefore the research on effective stopping junk mail and guaranteed secure communi cation has practical significance.The traditional spam filter operation works on the mail receiving end which is be long to the "wall" thought. The shortcoming is that it wastes the massive network res ource and the network band width, and the result of filtering camouflage mail is not so well. The electrical tamp model uses the system of real name and the digital signa ture technology, which strengthens the email sender's identification authentication mech anism and the security mechanism, and can filter spam at the mail transmission serverend that will prevent most of camouflage mail and junk mail at "the source" which can greatly lighten the downstream server's burden greatly.The electronical stamp model based on digital signature has expanded and optimiz ed the email system through using the "channelizing" thought. It authenticates mail se nders identification at the mail transmission server end, which has changed the passivecondition that former spam filtering system faces. Even more, the electrical stamp m odel can save network band width, reduce the server resources consumption, raise the mail processing efficiency. The model's application can only be used in the e-commer ce, e-government, financial instrument and other field that need highly secure domain considering the current situation.
