| Aluminum tank is the main equipment of Aluminum-making, the process of Aluminum-making is completed mainly in the Aluminum tank. However, the anode is the heart of the Aluminum tank, and it directly impacts on the economic and technical indicators of the Aluminum-making. It is significant to the improvement of Aluminum-making process by enhance the detecting level of anode current which is an important paremeter in this process.This design added the sampling module to the original design of the monitoring device, and the sampled data will be sent to the Computer by wireless communication system. The anode current will be remote real-time monitored by the monitoring software in Computer, Which formed a set of simple, flexible monitoring system.Data collection system is composed of multi data sampler and a data collector. The popular wireless data community standards are analyzed, and a wireless communication system as a part of Data collection system is designed based on the AT89S52 and the RF transceiver nRF2401. However, the data sampler adds the AD1674 and 74LS373 as a sampling module to complete the data collection. The data collector has added the serial communication module to realize the communication between the data collector and the computer. All the modules are developed by C language in the Keil C51 environment, such as data sampling module, wireless communication module, serial port interrupt module and so on, and the remote data acquisition and wireless transmission is realized. The design and realization of the software and hardware of data collection system is represented in detail.In this paper, the monitoring system software which has some ructions such as data reception, conversion and so on is developed by Visual C++ and takes SQL Server 2000 as database. The interface is developed based on the support of dialog .Interface mainly realized the display of data, and it is very friendly and easily to be operated.After debugging, anode current can be real-time sampled and data can be wirelessly transportedby data collection system. And displaying, saving, querying datas and other function are available to the monitoriing software. |
