Research And Application Of Workflow Technology In The Well Design And Approval System

In order to have a more effective management and control of business processes, workflow technology has been gotten more attention and application.In the oil industry, oil exploitation is an important task. The exploitation of oil wells need to in line with local conditions in the construction according to the underground conditions of wells, design the construction scheme by the designers, and to carry out multi-level audits before construction in accordance with the scheme. In order to improve efficiency, the traditional method that use single computer to design and print it out and then audit can not meet the requirements. The application of workflow technology can greatly enhance the work efficiency, and also can help the enterprises to carry out business processes analysis and planning and transformation, and more important is process of self-executing.This paper's research background is Liaohe oilfield qianhai oil development company's actual project. Based on workflow and combine with company's business background, Petri net based modeling method is applied to the well design and approval system's analysis, and established a Petri net model of the system; Use the Petri net authentication method, the coverability tree and simplification method, we can analysis the correctness of the model that established and make sure that it is correct in order to avoid errors in the realization and useness. And then using the workflow technology and relational database technology, this paper develops a lightweight workflow engine. With the parallel technology of relational database, the workflow engine simplifies the workflow management implementation. At last, this paper introduces the design and implementation of the well design and approval system.Applied with workflow technology, make the well design and approval work become one, the system realized the business processes associated and the processes operations automated. Now the system has been used by Liaohe oilfield qianhai oil development company, and the result is well.
