With the development of science and technology, the infrared thermal imaging technology have been increasingly used in the military and civilian field. In particular the uncooled infrared imaging system with its low cost, high reliability, small size, and low power consumption plays a key role in the development of infrared thermal imaging systems. Therefore, the research on the uncooled infrared imaging system is of great importance for national defense and civil applications.Firstly, this paper completes the hardware design on a basis of in-depth analysis of infrared imaging system. The design adopts FPGA core image processing algorithms and single-chip in the realization of the overall control and uses USB technology in communication and debugging of the system.Secondly, as a result of infrared focal plane array element of the non-uniformity has seriously affected the quality of infrared imaging, focal plane arrays through an understanding of the heterogeneity of the causes, introduced two non-uniformity correction algorithms and multi-point non-uniformity correction algorithm. According to the actual application needs, with a focus on the two non-uniformity correction algorithm research, to achieve the image non-uniformity correction and filling blind algorithm million. Finally, after the image data is transformed into the whole TV signals, real-time displayed on the monitor.
