Design Of Speed-measuring Radar Used In Traffic

This paper introduces the theory and environment of radar speed-measuring device. The effect of system noise and measurement time on radar range, velocity accuracy and velocity resolution is analyzed.The spectrum-analyzing method is used to process the echo signal.The effect of the spectrum analyzing on radar performance is discussed. The design of radar hardware and software is completed. The experiments show this design is proper. The design of low noise amplifier and analog filter is discussed.The application of ADSP-2186 in digital signal processor is discussed also. The program is completed in VisualDSP environment.
