Along with the development of Radio telecommunication, traditional analog walkie-talkie can no longer meet the needs, and the walkie-talkie digitization already becomes one inexorable tendency.As the latest global open standard for digital radio which the Europe Telecommunication Standards Institute (ETSI) is developing on, compared with the two developed digital communication standards: TETRA and APCO25. DMR has the advantages of a higher degree of openness, and which is in continuous improvement. Now DMR is engaging more and more concentration from communication organizations and device providers. So development of digital terminal equipment of DMR not only has an important theoretical significance, but also has broad market prospects.This paper introduces a RF module which specialized apply to the DMR digital terminal. The RF module includes two parts: transmitter and receiver. The transmitter is constituted of a two-point-plus-PLL which is made of a frequency synthesizer, a LF and a VCO, signal amplified by power amplifier, and then transmitted by antenna; the receiver is a superherodyne receiver, which use the twice down conversion superheterodyne demodulation. Besides this, this paper also introduces the main indicators of the RF module, and the test results and analsis of the RF module.
