| For long life cycle and high-complexity products, maintenance, repair and overhaul are the necessary prerequisites for sustainable, efficient and stable operation. However, the management of data involved in the entire service phases to support the maintenance, repair and overhaul is very complicated and cumbersome. All the data related to service support phase is studied. The information model of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) is established. Maintenance BOM is constructed based on EBOM. And used as the management center of the data of physical components'repair, maintenance, failure and spare parts, so the unified management of data in the service support phase can be ensured.This paper first analyzes the business in the product service support phase, classifies the involved relevant data into the support data needed in product service stage, the data generated in this phase and the feedback data in this phase based on the data business relationship. Then in view of PDM/PLM(Product Data Management/Product Lifecycle Management)data management theory, the DesignPart, PhysicalPart, repair, maintenance, issues, work cards and other business objects are created respectively with their basic property information, and MRO information model is established using UML (Unified Modeling Language) class diagrams.In order to achieve the support for business in the service support phase and the unified management of data involved in this phase, the paper proposes the data management mode with BOM as the core, gives the method to build product neutral structure based on the EBOM and corresponding position structure and physical structure for bulk products, Which not only provide the support platform of design information for the service support phase, but also realize unified management of service support data involved in repair, maintenance programs, fault, spare parts, replacement parts and other services.On the basis of research on data and business of the product service support phase, the paper gives MRO module function design scheme and implementation mechanism based on PLM, develops service support function modules based on Infor-Center PLM platform. Using the module, better governance of the data in the product support phases can be achieved, thereby the quality and efficiency of product services can be enhanced, the enterprises'knowledge and experience can be accumulated, and product design capability can be enhanced. |
