Research On Books Copyright Trade Of China

Books copyright trade of China, as a most effective way to use the domestic and foreign resources in publication industry, had already obtained the huge achievement after nearly 30 years development. But the unfavorable balance of Chinese books copyright trade is self-evident, which means the severe maladjustment between the import and export of copyright. This imbalance of copyright trade not only restricts the development of our copyright industry, but also affects China's strength and core competition, as well as communication and transmission of the Chinese advanced culture. So how to solve this problem effectively becomes the most important problem of the current development of our publication industry and copyright trade, and the key is to encourage the "going out" of Chinese publication.The author analyzes the current status of Chinese books copyright trade by using figures and forms, references, practical research, case study and quantitative analysis in six chapters, and finally reaches the conclusion that only if we combine importing properly, with enhancing export, cooperating as well as focus on the brand and quality of Chinese books, we could further develop our publication and copyright trade, and keep the balance of copyright input and output, and Chinese publication could keep going out in the world. Finally, the author puts forward some policy suggestion on how to develop our copyright business and keep balance of Chinese books copyright trade from the angle of government, publication business and publishing houses.
