Research And Realization Of The Video Monitoring System Based On The ARM

Remote Video Monitoring in power system is widely applied,it is an import part of Substation automation, According to the"Ice Melting"substation work environment requiers, propose a Remote Video Monitoring System design baseed on ARM,selected for the hardware and designed software module ,finally,debug the entire control system function ."Ice Melting"substation video monitoring system include hardware select, software function module and system debugging. According to"Ice Melting"substation job requirement choose the appropriate hardware;as a development platform ARM_Linux design software module ,realized video image capture,storage,transmission and control camera head,First ,provided by a set of linux_specific API to realize USB camera dirver call,complete history memory of video for index base on the image frame and method of covering.Second,ported Boa in embeded system,using the UDP/RTP protocol encapsulation of the video image,using IP multicast tramission video image.S3C2410 board and decoder tranmission the command to contral camera head, Finally,by using CGI technology to achieve the dynamic interactivity,software function have been achieveed for all module.This system introduction of the image baseed frame-level index,greatly imporove the efficiency of history data storage.As the use IP multicast tramission ,greatly reducing the burden on the user increase,because the video data to a part divided into several independment,and encapsulation in diffrient IP packets for tramission.solve the problem of data packets lose.for the realization of"Ice Melting"substation high_risk areas of real_time monitoring power line has some practical significance. in addition ,this systme is suitable for the others,for example, Intelligent System,Bank,Market and so on.this design has a practical engineering significance.
