In today's society, the pressure sensor is a very common instrument component used in measurement and control. From the usual simple measuring instrument component such as vacuometer, automotive oil pressure meter, auto tire pressure meter, blood pressure meter and so on in the daily life to the complex instrument component of pressure control test services with high reliance and high stability which requires special needs of condition for use and operating environment, the core components are all the pressure sensors.At present, our country is in a backward state in the sensor development field, especially in the aspect of the pressure sensors with high precision. Although we have more than 1,300 manufacturers, our technology can only produce more than 300 kinds of products (only one-seventh of sensor type), and the yield only have more than 100 million, which can only meet 20 percent to 30 percent of the market demand. Therefore, researching and developing the pressure sensor with high precision will be a kind of work which has broad-based applications and perspective and social benefit.In recent years, because people find that amorphous alloy possess exceptional Mechanics, Mechanismus, electrogenicity and magnetic, compared with traditional Polycry magnetic materials, so as it is widely discovery and in-depth researched, it provide us the pressure sensor with Steady performance, high sensitivity, Fast Response Time and low cost.In this thesis, firstly, amorphous alloy is explained conceptually, and the passage introduces the discrimination of physical architecture between traditional crystalline alloy material and amorphous alloy. Secondly, the passage briefly introduces the typical preparation methods of amorphous alloy, and then introduces the Essential performance of amorphous alloy for four aspects of electricity, chemistry. Mechanics and magnetism. These properties not only have very important value of theory and research, but also make up the practical Applications-based of amorphous alloy. Thirdly, this passage introduces the Sensitivity function of amorphous alloy, mainly about magnetic-machine translation effect and magnetic-electric translation effect. This is also the theoretical basis of the design of sensoring sensibility probe in this text. At last, the passage introduces the impact of various characteristics to amorphous alloy from materials processing.The Circuit which is applied by the sensor in this passage is multivibrator circuit,which is widely used in sensor signal processing circuit based on amorphous alloys material. Because it has outstanding behavior in response speed, stability, sensitivity, Lower Power Consumption, etc, and moreover, its construction is simple, cost is cheap. This passage introduces operational principle of multivibrator circuit concretely, at the same time, makes some mathematical reasoning, offers approximate calculation formula of theory basis measured by voltage and frequency. Sensing probe of the pressure sensor designed in this passage is made from amorphous alloy strips possessing good physical characteristics as sensor. The design scheme of sensing probe is that after making amorphous alloy strips into cyclic, revolve induction around the cyclic, and put it in effect of alternating excitation field caused by excitation source, use deformation after amorphous alloy cyclic squeezed by itself, then followed by the characteristic of magnetic figures of itself, through measuring the second harmonic in induction coil, you will get the signal of voltage and frequency following the variation of additional pressure, thus realize the measurement of additional pressure.In the experiment V out and f out of multivibrator circuit are measured systematically, the corresponding relationship of amorphous alloy sensitive probe of feeling tense, V out and f out is found, and the best probe scheme design is defined, and all kinds of design and experiment data are analyzed. Finally, the number of relevant technical parameters of the sensor is calculated.At the end of this passage, a new sensor of acquisition signal processing circuit using clapp oscillator circuit as amorphous alloys sensitive probe is introduced. And the principle of operation and appliance of new design of sensing probe of the clapp oscillatory circuit are introduced simply, and the working position of clapp oscillatory circuit is elaborated, at the same time the experiment results is processed straight line fitting simply using origin8.0 software. The number of relevant technical parameters of the sensor is calculated at last.
