Analysis And Design Of The Educational Administration Information System For Higher Vocational College

随着高职教育体制的不断改革,高职院校教务管理的工作量在不断增加,其复杂性也越来越大。在这种情况下,为高职院校设计一个基于网络的高效的教务管理系统,将会在很大程度上提高工作效率和管理水平。通过对高职院校教务管理进行全面的调查分析,设计了一套基于C／S模式和B／S模式相结合的教务管理系统。本文对系统的可行性,教务管理的业务流程,用户对系统的需求进行了分析；确定了系统应具有基础数据管理,学籍管理,师资管理,教学计划管理,排课管理,选课管理,成绩管理,教学质量评价,毕业生管理,系统维护,WEB查询和管理十一个模块,完成了系统数据库的设计和数据的编码设计；编程实现了师资管理中教师工作量管理功能。With the continuous reform of higher vocational education, the workload of educational administration in higher vocational colleges has been continuously increased, educational administration has become more and more complex. In this case, to design a high effective system of educational administration based on network, will greatly improve the efficiency and level of educational administration.On the basis of investigation and analysis of the educational administration, the educational administration information system based on the mixed_mode of C/S structure and B/S structure has been designed. This paper analyzed the feasibility of system, the business process of educational administration, the requirement for users in use of the system. The educational administration system includes following modules:basal data administration, student status administration, teacher administration, teaching plans administration, course arrangement administration, course selection administration, achievement administration, teaching quality evaluation, graduation administration, system maintenance, web search and administration. This paper has given the design of database, the design of the data codes. The paper introduces the programming realization of teacher's workload management in teacher administration.
