| This paper researched and designed an information system management software developed by Hubei University of Technology and applies to the long yu tower factory of Luo-yan. This project had two aims:firstly, providing a management information system in line with the actual situation to tower manufacturing plant to improve enterprise product development capabilities and market competitiveness; secondly, introduction the modern enterprise organization and management ideas,ways and means to promote corporate governance from a relatively low level to a higher level,and established the scientific management methods and organizations.With the computer unit technology development of CAD/CAPP/CAM, the implementation of PDM has become indispensability in information management for manufacturing enterprise and a guarantee of for the enterprises to winning in future market. This paper had given a general analysis for the iron-tower manufacturers in production organization, data processing and information sharing and so on. Combination of CAD/CAPP/CAM/PDM and other advanced manufacturing technology, we gave an information reconstruction in the fields of lofting, angle steel and sheet materials cutting optimum process, process sheet making, product process supervising, data sharing and query and so on.CAD lofting module uses the node type:input nodes, to be lofted bar and other connectors and finally by the entire tower lofting parameters. This can significantly reduce the intensity of the designer's work。CAPP module is designed basing on the principle of part information describing by GT code. System must group existing part beforehand, get the so called part family, then fill GT code in the matching process card.Designers can de released from a large number of repetitive heavy hand labor, so that they can focus on the creative work, such as development of new products, improvement of process equipments,research of new technology and so on.The research object is Inventory Management subsystem, which is important in the selection system. Through the analysis of business requirement and process of Inventory Management,it submit the design and implement measure of Inventory Management subsystem. It includes systematic function design, data process design, interface design, hardware environment design, database design, programming and so on. It particularly analyzes the design and implementation of Inventory Management subsystem with software engineering and method of structured system development. Last, it introduces partitive running examples of tower information system management. |
