The prosperity of information technique is permeating to each realm. It becomes hot that the traditional industry, the computer science and information technical combine to a whole. Among it, the software system for lighting control is a typical application in information technique. The economy energy, intelligence and network turns with it is the trend development of modern lighting system. Aim at the using and the facing problem of lighting control system, this paper presents a kind of all digital networking monitoring system, and analyzed the characteristic advantage of that system, and research and design the central management software, which is used as to monitor in that system.Firstly, the paper presents the background and purpose of the task. With the progress of human materialize, and the lighting has been promoted to a high degree of culture or a culture to understand light, and light to form a new concept. In the pursuit of high-taste lighting environment, lighting dependent on electricity generated behind the environmental impact of energy consumption gradually aroused attention. Energy saving, environmental protection, improve the lighting quality of the "green light" concept begin to gain traction. As compared with the traditional lighting, lighting control system based on demand and thus energy conservation is a very important tool. Through the green lighting engineering and the trend for network controlling system are introduced, we analysis the problems of our lighting system. Then the paper brings forward the main tasks. At present, China's green lighting is mainly through the light of the improvements, lighting improvements, etc. to achieve the green lighting and energy-saving purposes, the green lighting control software and hardware platforms is still relatively scarce because it will need to have three important conditions: the top communications networks, wireless / Internet gateway and management of computer communication; the underlying communication network, through the power line carrier technology to achieve the gateway and intelligent data link electronic ballast; Green lighting, energy saving, environmental protection intelligent electronic ballasts. At the current, China's lighting control, particularly in the development of streetlight monitoring system in urgent need of research and development of a suitable to China's national conditions, low-cost, high reliability and easy network and the transformation of lighting control system.Secondly, after the introduction of relevant technical knowledge base, the right system needs analysis and design. In the system functionality, performance, input and output, data management capabilities, fault handling and other aspects on the basis of a needs analysis, pointing out that all-digital remote lighting control network management information system is a monitoring network throughout the green lighting the core of the system's goal designed humanized management, and implementation of a comprehensive network management, to ensure a stable illumination, energy conservation, while the various light sources and light management of the network will enable the streetlight system more stable, more reliable and higher degree of automation.In the design of part of the paper, the various valuations correspondences method, discusses the research process of the network model with the design result, gives a network system model diagram. The multilevel communication system for the lighting management system, monitoring network system by the management center, sections controllers, ballast node has three major components. Network system architecture, including user interaction layer, control layer, data processing layer, data acquisition layer, the network transport layer, which we discuss, is depended on maturity of the protocol. The paper has designed an appropriative protocol for the network model, defining the working mode, data length, and command word of the protocol.In software architecture design part, all-digital remote lighting control network management information system management and maintenance is divided into sub-maps, remote monitoring and management subsystem, database management and maintenance subsystem, information query and statistical analysis subsystem, system configuration and management subsystem five parts, each section contains the respective functional blocks. Through designing and implementation of the control centre software, we combine the network model, the protocol, the platform of GIS, lighting monitoring, manage principle to an organism. Divide the sub- systems and functions of the software; give the total construction frame diagram of the software for the control centre. From the perspective of the whole monitoring system, management software, with the next-bit computer system formed between a server / client architecture is conducive to the transmission of information between systems and improve the system's security and economy. From the Control Center software, the overall framework of its own sense, the system of geographic information necessary for the functioning of data, management information data, and running summary of all data generated by the database are stored, the system's various subsystems and functional modules of the data the acquisition and storage are achieved by accessing the database.Finally, the system implementation section describes the system development and runtime environment, three part of the software is the platform of GIS, the monitoring sub-system and the database management system.Practice proof that the green the lighting monitor and control network system can good solution current problems of existing systems in our country, and can satisfy the request of scientific management, have the extensive applicability and higher practical value. In the network selection process, the system applied the communication interface with the electronic ballasts and power line carrier communication technology, making the traditional lighting control methods have taken place in the nature of change. As the network model changes, in order to design a new monitoring system stable and reliable, practical communication protocol is to study the critical and difficult. After the system of multi-level network connectivity and debugging, test results from a practical point of view, the lighting control system to achieve a real-time monitoring, accurate, network-based, and energy conservation goals. It can save a lot of the consumption of manpower and material resources since the inspection, maintenance, etc in the management. Therefore, this lighting control system has more economic and social benefits. With the domestic economy, science and technology continues developed, the people for the public lighting concept is gradually changing, the relative demand is also improving. Management Center software is designed to meet the information development and management requirements. So, is bound to have a broad application and market prospects.
