Wireless communication had been applied to the practice of social production. The video monitoring technology base on wireless Multi-hop network will become important monitoring system in the future. Today, in domestic and international monitoring field,people mainly uses traditional analog video surveillance systems and digital video monitoring system, but it has not adapted to the needs of the development for the community, it can not achieve on-site monitoring in somewhere that can not lay transmission cable. Wireless multi-hop network video monitoring system will solve this problem well. It would bright convenience to install monitoring system for some of the original building, avoid wiring difficulties and reduce security risks.The advantages of the wireless video monitoring system based on Multi-hop network is so outstanding, that it can greatly reduce the installation costs, it will not need to lay transmission cables. However, it is also a new technical difficult problem for the video monitoring system. How to achieve the establishment of wireless multi-hop network, how to transfer data and how to conversion network would be new problem that we need to solve. This article will devise an effective solution. We will design a multi-hop network based on wireless video monitoring system, the system can achieve the establishment of network and know the network changing by themselves. We can achieve the transmission of video data on this network, and display the video in the remote client at last.The design of the wireless multi-hop network routing protocol for wireless video monitoring system is most important. Here to other wireless routing protocols, combination of the characteristics of the table-driven routing protocols and the demand-driven routing protocols, we designed a new efficient routing protocol. The third chapter focused on the operation mechanism of the routing protocol, and told the explanation of the process about the routing protocol, in addition to, the article is also related to network design about video data transmission protocol. In order to design this system and program easily, the video data transmission protocol and the routing protocol had been combined.We will mainly express the construction of the wireless multi-hop network video monitoring system and the design of the system from both hardware and software. Hardware design includes the design of wireless video capture nodes and gateway node, it involved the design of video capture, wireless communications, Ethernet access and video compression. Software design mainly includes the design of the wireless video node software, the gateway software and the client program. We used the event queue method to respond the system event and the multi-thread programming mechanism in Linux operating system to complete the software design.At last we achieve the goal that the video images can be display in the remote monitoring, you can see the video which you want to know. The picture is very clear. The routing protocol of wireless multi-hop network is running well, they can form network and maintenance network by themselves. Video transmission is very stable. |
