As more types of TV programs showing up, and the homogeneity of TV programs getting more serious, media competition is getting more intensified. While scrambling the limited channel resources, TV media have to think about how to obtain the strong vitality, competitive forces and unparalleled broadcasting opportunities and market space. Thus TV media workers inevitably are required to get the outstanding ability to create and to mastermind.The significance of media planning is to optimize the resources, produce effects, and create differences, while innovation, depends on keeping vitality and leading the television business to acquire the new growing space. Therefore, we should attach much more importance to media planning and innovation in the current development of TV programs on their critical role and indispensable status. Media planning of our TV entertainment programs should have its own theoretical method and process system, and it must be planning synthesis of advertising planning, news planning, and so on.
