| The potential safety hazard in the high-speed process of trains was proposed and paid more and more attention, with the development and the acceleration of train system in recent years. The traditional fixed method of the train headlamp is stationary model. The light will beam along the tangent line of the rail curve, and it will bring about a special blind area in the inside field of curve. The potential danger exsits in the high speed circumstances because the driver can't carefully observe every event in the safety area. So,it is very essential to improve the lighting manner of the vehicle beam. This topic aims at dometic current situation of fixed illumination of train headlamp. Refer to some related patent technology, an intelligent steering control system of headlamp which based on the train route map was is put forward. According to the computer centrally-controlled system and advantage of computer informatization, the control system of train headlamp controls automatic reverse before a siutable time when train comes into the bend. Make sure that when train comes into the bend, train headlamp turn to the required angle. And make the beam of train headlamp irradiate the central of front track all the time.(1) Have made the analysis of serial communication between locomotive computer and control system of train headlamp, and based on actual situation to stipulate the mode and protocol of communication.(2) According to the requirements of control system,I design circuit of hardware and choose the appropriate master chip, Step Motor, Step Driver and so on.(3) According to mathematical model and algorithm, I prepare the procedures to meet the practical application,in order to make the system do adaptive intelligent control.(4) Have made the error analysis of some key data in control system, used estimate in advance and data correction to reduce the error, in order to improve the accuracy of control system. On the basis of study results above and related theories,we debug the hardware and software, which achieved the expected results. |
