Design And Implementation Of Collaborative Office Automation System And Official Document Exchange System Interface In Binzhou City E-Government System

The Binzhou e-government net is built in the government office building, Xinchen District, which is the uniform e-government platform linking to the Provincial nets, covering five groups, various departments, enterprises, institutions and civil-operated districts. It will become the important work process net and application platform for all the departments in Binzhou.Binzhou have two sets of official document exchange systems, this paper has improved the current e-government network by designing new system interface according to the national relevant spirits about building e-government. Based on the collections of existed research data and documents and Binzhou own actual situation and characteristics of e-government, a goal of building standard modules and system interfaces about the current OA (Office Automation) system and official document exchange system is proposed timely. Through the construction, it will further improve and normalize the e-government OA system and official document exchange system, which could be the important official e-government information sharing web portal in Binzhou. And according to the national standards and specifications, a set of effective access standards and data sharing mechanisms are made for other e-government systems, which will access the Binzhou e-government OA system and document exchange system. The full preparations are also made for fully implementing collaborative working and sharing information in Binzhou, absolutely ensuring the progress of the construction of e-government. E-government automation office system and document exchange platform standard modules and interface development of Binzhou are the further improvements based on the exited platform, which are the important parts of the whole city e-government construction.
