| As the development of automotive electronic the technology ,field bus is used more and more in the automotive network. However, there is not a bus can fully meet all the costs and performance requirements of the future automotive system. Therefore, the automotive will continue to use various protocols to achieve the future of the car network. CAN bus is the mainstream of current automotive network protocol. And it is widely used in the electronic control system of car. FlexRay is a new generation of high-speed vehicle network. Its bandwidth, high reliability, flexibility and real time characteristics can satisfy the strong demand, of the modern real-time vehicle control system. It can be used in the automotive high Some reliability and security such as power, chassis systems. In the automotive vehicle networks, CAN and FlexRay mixed network will be increasingly used .A wide range of information interaction between different networks should depend on the FlexRay gateway to achieve. This paper is supported by the research projects of Ministry of Education study of Guangdong Province. And did extensive collection of domestic and foreign research on the CAN and FlexRay vehicle network applications to research and analysis them.First, analyse the characteristics of vehicle network protocols, especially the behalf of high, medium and low-speed network: FlexRay, CAN, LIN bus. Study several common applications on the network gateway in the car. And conclude the basic steps of vehicle gateway design methods and the key issues to be resolved. In order to meeting the requirement of the FlexRay-CAN gateway, this paper proposed a method which based on hybrid multi-Queue scheduling scheme. Then the implementation arithmetic has been modeled with queuing theory for efficiency analysis. Finally, the simulation which was made by CANoe indicates that this method can guarantee the real-time properties of real-time messages as well as the response time of non-real-time messages. Finally, the detailed description of the vehicle network FlexRay / CAN gateway System is given, especially the hardware and software design, and the key solution to the problem of them. |
