| Automotive control field has changed seriously as the fast developmentof automotive electronic technology. It is moving in the direction of vehiclebus. CAN has been used by many auto companis through continuous devel-opment. And FlexRay for next generation is being rapidly pushed forward. In order to improve the safety and reliability of vehicle network and find the position of the cars'faults, this paper analyzes and studies the networ-k management and diagnostic of CAN/FlexRay bus system. All the research rely on scientific and technological projects of Anhui Province and extens-ive collection of data and information. This will shorten the gap of autom-otive electronic technology between our country and foreign countries, impr-ove our core competitiveness and accelerate the industrialization of it.This paper describes the background and significance and the research situation of the research. Summarizes the different characteristics of CAN bus protocol and FlexRay bus protocol. The basic principles and functions of CAN-FlexRay gateway is analyzed, because gateway is the most import-ant node when achieving network management and diagnostic. To protectthe network reliably and effectively, this paper studied the network manageme-nt function of CAN/FlexRay bus systems, analyzed the OSEK network man-agement protocol, and designed the network management solution of CAN-F-lexRay gateway. And in accordance with the special role of the gateway, d-esigned network management related diagnostic contents. There is no agree-ment on the diagnosis of FlexRay network. Based on ISO14229 and ISO15-765 protocol, the FlexRay network diagnostic method is proposed. Solved s-ome key issues, such as flow control, error handling, etc. the realization of FlexRay network diagnostic function requires the support of CAN-FlexRay gateway, this paper solved the protocol conversion and data forwarding and other related issues of the gateway in FlexRay network diagnostic process. Network management and diagnosis of CAN/FlexRay bus system is simula-ted by CANoe and DaVinci Network Designer softwares. And the results s-how that they are feasible. |
