Office automation is a new type of office method which combines the modern office with computer networking. It is the product of information society and an active application in current technological revolution. Via network, the personnel within an organization can co-work without the limit of time and place. With office automation the collection and processing, flow and sharing of scientific decision-making can be realized at all levels between internal and external corporate office. Therefore this modern office automation can provide information exchanging, decision-making and information sharing services.In this paper,based on Shanghai vehicle platform for internal coordination office development and under the guide of methods and principles of software engineering and the concept of collaborative management, the analysis is made in detail for the business process, functional requirement and non-functional requirements of the cooperative office platform. A system which supports cooperative office within and between department of all grades as well as the cooperative between internal and external is designed. The key discuss of the paper as follows: system management, document management , administrative management of the system, Workflow engine and Business Intelligence Analysisare designed. The system management includes organization management, rights management and user management; the document management includes new documents, management of incoming and outgoing messages templates; the administrative management includes conference management, voting management, vehicle management, office supplies management, library management,file management; the Workflow engine management includes marketing approval flow management,financial approval flow management, CRM approval flow management and production approval flow management, Business intelligence analysis includes data collection, data processing, data integration, data query and data display.While the system's architecture, hierarchy and the key design are also discussed by combination with the key points and difficult points. A mature and lightweight architecture, Struts+Spring+Hibernate is used to build a multi-tier application architecture based on the B/S(Browser/Server); while the services-oriented component methods, the Web Services as the core and a reasonable abstraction and encapsulation of public business of the integrated management and services business logic are used to achieve the system's componentization. In order to achieve a ERP + OA + Behavior Identity (BI) data platform to go in the big office synergies.So the cooperative office platform for the Shanghai vehicle can be realized, which is to build a flexible, efficient, easy to use cooperative office platform.
