| The quality of the spare parts is very important to the safety of the human. The spare parts of automobile are divided into original spare parts, Commercial spare parts, recycled spare parts and faked spare parts, All of them have the same shape and appearance but the entire quality totally different, And most of these spare parts not in conformity with international standards.The Arabic market has its big part of the international trade for the spare parts, as well as being one of the largest consumer markets in the world because it is a bridge between the East and the West of the world. So, the main aim of this paper is to provide effective management system for Arabic spare parts market, and to provide convenient operation platform for spare parts businessmans, so that the market could be more standard.This research was trying to build a spare part control software application to spare part control demand of the international market. The paper designed and achieved a software of real-time stock control system used for the spare parts cross-border trade. Aimed at the application character of the manufacturers, suppliers and importers of spare parts in China and other foreign countries, The system has many stock control functions such as order, sale, stock management, account management and the system management. The system analyzed and built the entities and their relationships of many business such as spare parts, sales accounting, logistics, banks, suppliers and customers, to achieve efficient, fast and secure information storage and management. Through tracking the information of spare parts about the affiliation, style, sales, fade historiy, number, supplier, stock number, the system could monitor the storage state,accounts, survival and transaction records. Though real-time analyzing the dynamic changes of the stock information, it helped the supervisor to select the required quantity of the spare parts according to the requirements and determine the purchase price, cost and sales of both previous types according to the quality of spare parts and the exporting country. It helped the businessmen to control the movement of each sales of spare parts, send the purchase order to the supplier on time. As an absolute system, the general ledger accounts for currencies was merged into the system. The paper presents a mechanism of a complete stock control system, which achieved the automatic processing of sales order, which made all aspects of stock control closely assist each other and efficient operate. It reduced costs effectively and improved operational efficiency. The paper deeply researched on the core part——financial accounts, proposed many operation decision-making analyse flow of order, sales and stock control, which sustained the managers to make decision. The paper researched on the safety of the system, proposed safety algorithm based on the machine number and register number, which protected the use and copyright safety of the system.The system chose SQL server 2005 as the data platform and developed on VB 2005. It provided user interface and print language of Chinese, English and Arabic. By the three currencies, the U.S. dollar, the Chinese yuan and local Arab currency, it could help to convert exchange rate, which made the international trade more convenience. After real applicaton, the system provided perfect management function, convenient operation means and friendly user interface, and can run safely. The system can be used for not only the spare part sales, but also other fields by expanding. |
