As the human economic, political and cultural activities in the continuous development and continuous improvement of scientific and technological level, the exchange of information between people become increasingly frequent. Currently being widely used in video conferencing and reference standard is proposed H323 by the ITU standard, as opposed to some other criteria, based on the standard H323 posed by the system have a better maturity, interoperability, and application of the broad economic。This paper studies the H323 standards and H323 video conferencing system architecture, focusing on the system, protocol stack, physical, communication processes, control and management of the meeting a detailed analysis of modules to study the agreement in support of H323 multi-point video conferencing prototype Openh323, through experiments to obtain the library file, in its based on the ITU-T H323 multi-point video conferencing systems and related modules of the design and implementation of design standards and comply with H323 protocol suite can be achieved between the LAN conference terminal Interactive real-time signaling and data transmission of video conferencing systems. The system uses a centralized architecture, in order to concentrate as an implementation model of the pattern of conferences, providing intuitive, easy user interface.The system achieved an enhanced MCU server stability, improve video transmission quality. Based on Openh323 underlying database server through the MCU established between remote users and experts in the phrase single/video connection, allowing remote experts can observe the client's real-time video and high-definition still microscopic images, in order to identify experts in identification of unknown samples to make judgments. System requirements can be smooth video and voice transmission, while the client need to integrate their WEB browser, dedicated image capture device control functions. MCU server can be achieved through the MCU multi-point, as well as the interconnection between the client and achieve a variety of video formats spending communications features such as h.264, etc. And to achieve between the client and server support for audio and video channels in any establishment on and off.
