Since the use of mobile telephone put into practice, this service has been increasingly important in the near two decades. With a sharp increase in the number of clients, China has become the biggest mobile communication market in the world. At present, the domestic communication market is mainly occupied by our three operators:China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom. Though the core businesses of these three blocs are different, they compete fiercely in mobile telephone service. In order to lead in competition, these operators not only need to provide more favorable price and new services, but also relies more heavily on the stability and reliability of wireless network. Consequently the wireless network optimization has become the primary work for network maintenance. In this sense, the network optimization system based on computer technology will result double for the wireless network optimization. This essay is mainly about the visual management system for mobile base station and signal based on electronic map developed by a branch of China Mobile.Firstly, this paper gave a brief introduction to the concept, premise, keys, methods and current situation of the wireless network optimization. Then it illustrated the purpose and significance of the study. The superiority of this system is the visual management system based on electronic map, so next this essay gave an overview for the electronic map, GIS, WEBGIS and made analysis for their current mainstream technology performance. In reality, the Google map service, which based on Tile pre-generation technology and Ajax technology, brings new vigor and revolution to the realization of electronic map. On the basis of these two technologies, some good Open Source JS codes were developed quickly, of which Mapeasy belongs to. Took all factors into serious consideration,our study made second development in Mapeasy to realize the electronic map of this system.After that, this paper conducted detailed analysis, classification, census and summaries for the demand of wireless network optimization workers in China Mobile, then it made full analysis for the targets, architectures, development environment, functionality and non-functionality demands as well as database demands of the system。According to the study of these demands, this essay set out the system's overall project, including the whole technical framework and the system structure. Furthermore, it worked out detailed planning for the system functional module, introduced two storage model of database, viz. the storage of file tile and SQL database sheet and designed for the sheet structure.In the end, this essay explored the technical feasibility of our system. The electronic map of the system is created on the basis of second development in Mapeasy. In the foundation of client side electronic map which was subject to map tile pre-generation technology, the Mapeasy realized js class library. Before the promulgation, the map should be segmented into equal map tile in terms of its scaling and then stored'into the files of Server VPN project. The object properties provided by Mapeasy helped to realize the promulgation of Electronic map, while the Mapeasy itself is segregated from background database, then the question is that on what ways we can get the data from the database and label the E-map poi interest spot as well as inquiry the related information. Here the studied system utilized many important methods and properties of Ajax'xmlhttprequest to achieve the asynchronous data application for database. This system is also able to measure the distance on E-map and display or hide the ico. color up the cutline etc, the javascript memory leak of Mapeasy can be resolved too by this system. In conclusion, the main functions of this system can be realized successfully in our study and the targets anticipated have been achieved satisfactorily.
