Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) has played a remarkable role in the workshop production management informationization in recent years. Through the implementation of MES, a considerable number of enterprises realized real-time shop floor production process, fine and visual management, which led a big improvement in Qualification rate of finished products and manufacturing efficiency and product quality. This paper took an automobile assembly line in Jiangxi as the application background, researched and developed the auto assembly line MES, and also researched information collection, as well as visualization techniques. The main contents of this paper can be summarized as follows:First, based on extensive survey on the MES requirement of the relative enterprise, combined with the related theories of MES, this paper analyzed the current requirements of enterprise final assembly plant MES, which includes system settings, data acquisition, mixed assembly line material ration, visual process monitoring, structuring dynamic data platform and query report, etc.Second, according to actual needs of enterprise, this paper researched structuring the final assembly lines model and visualized production control technology, built the model of assembly line information, work station, production line organization and the production line control flow, described mixed line data acquisition character, built the dynamic software platform with the technology of Code Generation Technology; Based on the current mainstream visualization technology, the visualized model of workshop, production line and work in process of the relative enterprise were structured, also one dynamic update transaction was put forward.Finally, one auto assembly line MES was developed and applied on the ground of the above mentioned technology and the actual requirement of the enterprise. Through application of this system, the work efficiency is improved, product speed is increased, waiting time in production is decreased; as the real time monitoring system is built, the control on erecting yard is strengthen and work in process is decreased.
