| Under the background of accelerated globalization,pharmaceutical industry,which plays an important role in national economic development,is facing unprecedented chalenges.As a special regulatory industry,the government has formulated the quality management system related to drug production.GMP management norms have a certain degree of autonomy,focusing on product safety,production process execution and product quality,in order to achieve the standardization of pharmaceutical production standards,and to ensure the effective quality and safety of drugs extended to the market.According to the development characteristics of pharmaceutical enterprises,the application of appropriate MES platform is an inevitable trend to solve the problems of production quality management and improve the level of enterprise information intellectualization.Based on the actual situation of a pharmaceutical enterprise,combined with the existing enterprise resource planning(ERP)and GMP management specifications,the manufacturing execution system designed in this paper carries out functional requirement analysis and nonfunctional requirement analysis of the system,introduces the overall structure and main functional modules analysis of the manufacturing execution system of the pharmaceutical enterprise,and designs a MES system that meets the requirements of GMP management.The system includes basic data module,production order planning module,material formula inventory management module,process module,production order module,quality management module and Kanban report module,and mainly realizes the main functions of production process planning,production order supervision,material quality management and data visualization.The front-end of the manufacturing execution system developed in this paper adopts Bootstrap framework and JavaScript technology.The back-end uses Java language to develop,uses MVC mode,uses MySQL to build and store data,uses MyBatis to connect and interact with data,and uses Echart component to visualize the front-end.At present,the system has passed the test of the testing team and has been applied to it.In the enterprise. |
